Disable HTTP pipelining in Ubuntu

Mostly a note to self so I do not have to work to find it next time.

echo 'Acquire::http::Pipeline-Depth "0";' >> /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00no-pipeline

(EDIT: the title seems to suggest it is a 'generally good idea' to do it - no, it is not. It's a workaround.)

Some middlebox connecting my lab @work was randomly getting upset and the apt-get update was giving errors due to incomplete file download - impossible to work properly, and I don't have time now to go chase it, hence this workaround.

Normally indeed it works.
